Giant Lasagna

Ingredients:
1 onion, chopped;
3 tbsp olive oil;
3 garlic cloves, minced;
700 g (1 ½ pounds) minced beef;
2 tsp dried oregano;
salt and pepper;
1 tbsp sugar;
1/3 cup cream;
2 cups tomato sauce;
2/3 cup béchamel sauce;
2 cups shredded mozzarella;
½ cup shredded parmesan;
18-20 pasta sheets, parboiled.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Throw in minced garlic and stir to combine.
Add minced beef into the pan and break it with a wooden spoon. Cook meat for about 10 minutes (until it changed color completely), then add seasonings, tomato sauce and cream. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cove pasta sheets with cheese, add a layer of meat sauce and roll everything together as shown on the video.
Carefully transfer giant lasagna roll into a round baking pan covered with parchment. Pour béchamel sauce, sprinkle with leftover mozzarella and with some parmesan cheese.
Bake at 180C/350F for 40 minutes. Cut into pieces when it cools down.
