Chocolate picnic arctic roll

Ingredients:3 eggs
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1L chocolate ice-cream, softened slightly
50g Picnic chocolate bars
100g dark chocolate
1/2 cup pouring cream
Instructions
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a bowl with electric mixer until thick.Add in flour and cocoa and fold gently
Pour into greased pan and smooth the surface. Bake for 12 min at 180c.
Dust baking paper with icing sugar.
Place baked cake in the paper and roll and cool for 30 min
Unroll over foil paper and Spoon the ice-cream. Top with 2 1⁄2 of the Picnic bars. Roll the sponge to enclose filling. Place in the freezer for 6 hours or until firm.
Combine chocolate and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat.Cook, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and cool few minutes.Unwrap sponge roll, Place on a plate and top with chocolate sauce and Picnic slices.
