Chocolate crepe rolls: easy and delicious, to be enjoyed at any time!

These are not your usual crepes! They are the perfect final touch to a fancy meal!
 
INGREDIENTS
For the crepes:
3 eggs
10g (2 tsp) of sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) of salt
12ml (1 tbsp) of oil
250ml (1 cup) of milk
125g (1 cup) of flour

For the filling and decorating:
Chocolate
Hazelnut cream

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add eggs, sugar, salt. Whisk with a mixer.
  2. Add the milk, oil, and sifted flour and mix with the mixer. Let it rest for 30 minutes
  3. Bake on an oiled pan on both sides. Fold the pancake in half, put the chocolate, and roll.
  4. Decorate with hazelnut cream.
