Chocolate crepe rolls: easy and delicious, to be enjoyed at any time!

These are not your usual crepes! They are the perfect final touch to a fancy meal!
INGREDIENTS
For the crepes:
3 eggs
10g (2 tsp) of sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) of salt
12ml (1 tbsp) of oil
250ml (1 cup) of milk
125g (1 cup) of flour
For the crepes:

For the filling and decorating:
Chocolate
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- In a bowl add eggs, sugar, salt. Whisk with a mixer.
- Add the milk, oil, and sifted flour and mix with the mixer. Let it rest for 30 minutes
- Bake on an oiled pan on both sides. Fold the pancake in half, put the chocolate, and roll.
- Decorate with hazelnut cream.
