Chocolate madeleine: the delicate French sweets to be enjoyed at any time!

INGREDIENTS
140g (3/5 cup) of butter
2 eggs
100g (½ cup) of white granulated sugar
45 g (3 tbsp) of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
155g (1 ¼ cup) of all-purpose flour
300g (2 cups) of dark chocolate
Chocolate drops to decorate
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter and let it cool down slightly.
3. Meanwhile whisk eggs with both sugars, vanilla, and salt until pale. Add in sifted flour, and mix until smooth batter forms.
4. Pour melted butter into the batter and whisk until incorporated.
5. Pipe the batter into a madeleine cookie tray. Top with some chocolate drops and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
6. Let the madeleines cool down, then remove them from the tray.
7. Melt dark chocolate and brush each individual madeleine cur in a tray with some chocolate. Add cookie on top. Let sit in the fridge until the chocolate has set completely. Carefully remove from the mold.
