Coconut bars: the delicious sweets suitable for any occasion!

INGREDIENTS

1l (4 cups) of Milk

200g (1 cup) of Sugar

5g (1 teaspoon) of Baking powder

355g (5 cups) of Grated coconut

200g of Melted chocolate

Melted chocolate

METHOD

In a pot add the milk, sugar, baking powder and cook over medium heat for about 40 minutes to create condensed milk.
Transfer the condensed milk into the bowl and add the grated coconut. Mix all together well, transfer to the mold and distribute evenly. Leave in the fridge for 45 minutes to cool.
Cut into the squares and dip into the melted chocolate. Leave the chocolate to tighten and add more on top of the bars.
