Coconut balls: a sweet treat too delicious not to try it!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup water
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 packet yeast
• 1 packet vanilla
• 1.5 tbsp olive oil
•450g/ 3 cups flour
• Coconut flakes
• Icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough and let rise. Roll the cake. Cut circles using a shape. Let rise.
  2. Deep-fry. Mix the icing sugar with coconut flakes. Sprinkle balls with coconut flakes.
