Christmas tree brioche: too delicious to not try it!

Surprise all your guests this Christmas day with this delicious Christmas tree!
INGREDIENTS

550 gr of flour
100 ml of milk
120 ml of sweet cream
10 grams of yeast
100 gr of sugar
140 gr of egg whites
15 gr honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp of rum
To coat the dough
1 egg yolk And equal quantity of milk
For charging:
Chocolate cream
And decorating
Sugar
Berries
METHOD
- Pour flour, yeast, sugar, sweet cream into a bowl, then combine the ingredients. Add the egg whites and then the warm milk gradually mixing the ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together honey, vanilla extract and rum, then add this mixture to the dough. Mix it all together into a fine paste that you cover with foil and let it come in for 1h. After the dough comes in, divide it into nine sections and make the balls.
- Develop each ball on a floured work surface and add two tbs of chocolate cream each. Arrange the balls into a Christmas tree mold. When you have filled the mold, cover with a kitchen cloth and leave for half an hour. Then whisk the egg yolks and milk and coat all the balls. Bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes. After baking, sprinkle the Christmas tree with sugar and garnish with berries. Enjoy.
