Cloud frittata: a savory treat too delicious not to try it!

This recipe is so unique! 

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs (separated egg yolks from egg whites)
12 tsp sugar
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp butter
 
METHOD
  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the egg whites with the sugar. Whisk the egg yolks with 12 tsp of sugar, add 6 tsp of egg whites, then combine them.
  2. Heat a frying pan lined with oil and butter, dry the pan with a towel before baking, then pour in the egg yolks first, then the egg whites.
  3. Use the lid of the pan to get the result you want.
