Baked frittata: delicious hot or cold!

Ready in just 20 minutes, too delicious to not try!
INGREDIENTS

4 Eggs
40g cheese parmesan
30g flour
120ml milk
50 ml soda water
200g potatoes
125g Mozzarella
10ml olive oil
salt
pepper
parsley
METHOD
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut into cubes.
Fry in a pan with a small amount of oil for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and add parmesan.
Gradually add flour, stir well.
Then add milk, water and mix again until well combined.
Add mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the potatoes in a baking sheet and pour the egg mixture over
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-25 minutes until a golden crust forms.
