Vegetable frittata: it will be a hit!

Here's how to make a delicious 6 flavors frittata!
INGREDIENTS
• 50g green beans
• 50g peas
• 60g broccoli
• 60g cauliflower
• 1 red onion
• 100ml coconut milk
• 1 carrot
• 3 eggs
• curry
METHOD
- Cut 3 cardboard strips 3 cm wide, cover them with aluminum paper and make cuts in the center so that you can collect them as a star in a baking dish.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and place them in compartments.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, coconut milk and curry powder, then pour the mixture into the compartments.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F.
