Potato and phyllo pinwheels: they will be a hit!

Crunchy, delicious and easy to make... everyone will love them!
INGREDIENTS

4 sheets phyllo dough
5 potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
black pepper
vegetable oil
1 egg
sesame seeds
METHOD
- Boil the potatoes. Mash and season with butter, milk, spices.
- Take a sheet of dough and grease with oil. On top, put the second sheet of dough, grease with butter and layout part of the potato, repeat this process two more times. We wrap the sheets with a roll. Cool. Then cut into portions. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Grease with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for 20 minutes at 170C/340F
