Apple pinwheels: the perfect dessert!

A simple recipe with apples and cinnamon to fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
Yeast dough:
500g flour
220 ml of milk
80 g of sugar
60 g butter
30 g of fresh yeast
1 egg
5 g salt
30 gr lemon sugar
 
Apple filling:
400 g pieced apples
50 g of sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 egg to coat the rolled out dough
 
Decoration:
Mixed some cinnamon and sugar
Fat / oil for baking
Heat grease / oil to 165 degrees
 
METHOD
  1. Prepare a fine dough. First, combine milk and butter over low heat and set aside, then combine the dry ingredients, egg and add the previously prepared milk and butter mixture.
  2. Cut the apples, cover them with lemon juice so they don't darken, add the sugar, cinnamon, then mix everything.
  3. Roll the dough close to 60 cm in length, coat the dough with one egg, then apply an apple fillet. Roll the dough. Cut 4 cm slices.
  4. Heat the oil, the height of the oil in the pan should be between 3 and 5 cm.
  5. Fry Apple pinwheels, arrange them on a napkin, then roll in brown sugar and cinnamon.
