Apple pinwheels: the perfect dessert!

A simple recipe with apples and cinnamon to fall in love with!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Yeast dough:
500g flour
220 ml of milk
80 g of sugar
60 g butter
30 g of fresh yeast
1 egg
5 g salt
30 gr lemon sugar
Apple filling:
400 g pieced apples
50 g of sugar
Cinnamon to taste
1 egg to coat the rolled out dough
Decoration:
Mixed some cinnamon and sugar
Fat / oil for baking
Heat grease / oil to 165 degrees
METHOD
- Prepare a fine dough. First, combine milk and butter over low heat and set aside, then combine the dry ingredients, egg and add the previously prepared milk and butter mixture.
- Cut the apples, cover them with lemon juice so they don't darken, add the sugar, cinnamon, then mix everything.
- Roll the dough close to 60 cm in length, coat the dough with one egg, then apply an apple fillet. Roll the dough. Cut 4 cm slices.
- Heat the oil, the height of the oil in the pan should be between 3 and 5 cm.
- Fry Apple pinwheels, arrange them on a napkin, then roll in brown sugar and cinnamon.
