Apple hand pies: the perfect fall dessert!

An apple dessert that’s easy and quick to prepare. Everyone will love them.

INGREDIENTS
1 apple
1round sheet of puff pastry
brown sugar, as needed
apricot jam, as needed

DIRECTIONS
1.Slice the puff pastry sheet into 8 triangles and place 3 slices of apple on each triangle.
2. Add some apricot jam and cinnamon to give them some sweetness. Close the triangle by bringing the tip of the triangle up to the opposite end.
3. bake at 190°C for 15 minutes and serve hot with some powdered sugar and caramel.
