Two-tone pinwheel biscuits: perfect for a delicious breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together butter with sugar powder and eggs.
360g (2 3/4 cups) of flour
170g (1 1/3 cups) of powdered sugar
190g of butter
2 eggs
2g (1/3 tsp) of baking powder
2g (1/3 tsp) of salt
10g (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder
170g (1 1/3 cups) of powdered sugar
190g of butter
2 eggs
2g (1/3 tsp) of baking powder
2g (1/3 tsp) of salt
10g (1 tbsp) of cocoa powder
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together butter with sugar powder and eggs.
2. Add in flour, salt and baking powder.
3. Divide into two parts and mix one of them with cocoa powder.
4. Make little balls and squeeze them together with your hands to make a spiral.
5. Transfer to the baking pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 18 minutes.
