Crumbly and delicious, these two-tone chocolate biscuits are a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
210g (1 cup) of sugar
110ml (1/2 cup) of vegetable oil
370g (3 cups) + 10g (1 1/4 tbsp) of flour
7g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
8g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
18g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
100g of dark chocolate
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the eggs and sugar and mix with the electric mixer until fluffy. Add the oil, flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar and mix with a spatula. When dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain compact dough.
2. Split the dough in half and half add the cocoa powder and knead the dough to absorb. In another half add the flour and knead to incorporate.
3. Cut the cocoa and white dough in half and obtain strips. Arrange the strips and knead them to combine.
4. Interwine the dough cut it into half and then roll out to connect. Wrap in parchment paper and transfer to the baking tray. Bake in oven at 170°C/340°F for 20 minutes.
5. In a small bowl add the chocolate and transfer to the microwave for 2 minutes. Mix until melted.
6. Spread the chocolate on the baked dough and let it cool until the chocolate becomes firm.
7. Cut on pieces and serve on a serving dish.
