Chocolate crumble: delicious and with a creamy heart!

INGREDIENTS
(for a 20cm mould)
285g of flour "00"
100g of sugar
80g of butter
1 egg
1/2 sachet of baking powder (8g)
300g advanced chocolate bars from stocking to taste

METHOD
1. Work the butter (cold), flour, sugar and baking powder with your hands, crumbling the butter between your fingers.
2. Add the egg, and obtain a crumbling mixture.
3. Refrigerate the mixture, at least 30 minutes (it must be very cold).
4. Pour 2/3 of the mixture on the bottom of the buttered cake pan and with the help of a spoon press well.
5. Fill with chocolate and cover with the remaining crumbled mixture.
6. Bake at 180° C/356°F for about 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden on the surface.
7. Your cake is ready, enjoy its creamy and delicious filling!
