CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE PIE: SIMPLE and SUPER DELICIOUS! π

INGREDIENTS
125g butter or margarine
150g sugar
2 eggs
450g all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

400g hazelnut cream

24cm cake pan
Β
METHOD
1. Pour the Butter (cut into pieces) and the Sugar into a large bowl, mix with an electric mixer until you get a soft dough.
2. Add the Eggs and vanilla extract, mix again until you get a cream.
3. Add the Flour and Baking Powder, continue mixing until you get a crumbly mixture.
4. Press half of the crumbly mixture into the base of a cake tin previously lined with parchment paper.
5. Spread the hazelnut cream over the base with a spoon, being careful not to reach the edge of the cake tin.
6. Distribute the remaining crumbly mixture over the cream, without pressing it down, you should cover all the cream.
7. Bake at 180Β°C for about 40 minutes.
