For a delicious breakfast, try preparing these very simple two-tone biscuits!

INGREDIENTS
70g (1/4 cup) of butter
70g (3/4 cup) of powdered sugar
10g (3/4 tbsp) of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
60ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
2 eggs
320g (2 3/4 cups) of flour
8g (3/4 tbsp) of baking powder
70g (1/2 cup) of chocolate chips
20g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the butter and powdered sugar and mix with a spatula. Add vanilla sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and eggs and continue mixing. Finally add the flour and baking powder and mix. When dough starts to form knead it with your hands to obtain a compact dough. Split the dough into half.
2. In the first half add the chocolate chips and knead them to incorporate.
3. In the second half of the dough add the cocoa powder and knead it until the dough absorbs.
4. Place one sheet of baking paper on the working surface and place the first dough. Roll it out with the rolling pin.
5. Repeat the process with the cocoa dough and place it over the dough with chocolate chips. Place the baking paper over them and roll them out. Cut the edges to obtain a rectangle.
6. Cut the dough into squares and then slash with the knife in the middle of each square. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper.
7. Transfer them to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes. Serve them all together after baking on the serving plate.
