How to make a delicious without eggs or butter!
INGREDIENTS

Biscuit:
180g (1.4 cup) flour
25g (0.2 cup) cocoa
200g (1 cup) sugar
5g (1 tsp) baking soda
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
80ml (0.4 cup) oil
2ml (1/2 tsp) vanilla extract
240ml (1 cup) hot water
15ml (1 tbsp) white vinegar
Cocoa syrup:
80ml (0.35 cup) hot water
8g (1 tbsp) cocoa
12g (1 tbsp) sugar
2ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
Frosting:
45g (0.3 cup) powdered sugar
15g (2 tbsp) cocoa
240g (1 cup) natural peanut butter
METHOD
- Prepare the biscuit. Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt, stir. Then add the oil, vanilla extract, hot water and vinegar, then stir again. Pour the mixture into a 24 cm mold and bake at 180 degrees for 18-25 minutes.
- Store the syrup in hot water, cocoa, sugar and vanilla extract.
- After baking, prick the biscuit with a wooden stick and sprinkle it with syrup.
- To prepare the cream, combine powdered sugar, cocoa and peanut butter, then spread over the cake.
