Zucchini oven cake: very simple and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
850g of zucchini
Salt
Sweet paprika
Pepper
40g (1/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
30ml (1/4 cup) of extra virgin olive oil
90g of cooked ham
120g of cheese
Butter

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini into rings and transfer to the bowl. Add the salt, sweet paprika, pepper, breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil and mix everything well.
  2. Sprinkle the olive oil on the pan (30x20 cm pan size) covered with parchment paper and arrange half of the zucchini mix.
  3. Arrange the cooked ham and cheese. Cover with another half of the zucchini mix.
  4. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and olive oil on top and add the small cubes of the butter.
  5. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
