INGREDIENTS
6 zucchini
350g ground beef
40g Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
nutmeg
1 egg
bread crumb

DIRECTIONS
Cut each zucchini into 4 pieces and remove the pulp. Mix together the zucchini pulp and the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Fill each piece of zucchini with the meat filling. Place them in a pan and cover them with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
