Zucchini roll: a simple, delicious recipe that you’ll love!

This zucchini roll comes together surprisingly easily!
INGREDIENTS

3 zucchinis;
1 egg;
2 tbsp parmesan cheese;
¼ cup flour;
4 slices cheese;
9 slices ham;
1 cup mozzarella, shredded;
olive oil;
½ cup breadcrumbs.
METHOD
Grate zucchinis, season them with salt and set aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze as much excess moisture as you can.
Combine shredded zucchinis with an egg, flour and parmesan cheese.
Cover parchment paper with some olive oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs in an even layer.
Spread grated zucchinis in an even layer, then cover with sliced cheese, some ham and sprinkle parmesan over.
Roll zucchini roll using parchment sheet and place into rectangular cake pan.
Bake at 200C/400F for 40-45 minutes.
