Zucchini roll: perfect to surprise your guests!

Super easy and tasty, this zucchini roll is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini (medium)
150g ham (sliced)
180g provola cheese (sliced)
30 g (¼ cup) breadcrumbs
30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
salt to taste
METHOD
- Cut zucchini lengthwise into 3 mm (1⁄8 inch) thick planks.
- Arrange zucchini slices in 2 rows slightly overlapping each other.
- Make a layer of ham on top, and add a layer of provola cheese.
- Roll everything up starting from the longest side.
- Transfer the roll onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Brush the roll with olive oil, season with salt, and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
