Giraffe donut: perfect for surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
80g (1/3 cup) sugar
80ml (1/3 cup) oil
100g (1/2 cup) yogurt
180g of flour (1 1/4 cup)
50ml (1/4 cup) lemon juice
16g of baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
7g bitter cocoa
5g of soluble coffee
1 tbsp of flour
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add in yogurt, vanilla, oil and lemon juice. Sift in the flour with baking powder.
- In two little bowls add two tablespoons of the prepared dough. Add cocoa to the first and the soluble coffee with flour to the second.
- Grease the baking pan with melted butter and a little flour.
- Make drawings on the baking pan by using the dark dough. Top it with white prepared dough.
- Bake at 160°C (320°C) for 30 minutes.
