Giraffe donut: perfect for surprise your guests!

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

80g (1/3 cup) sugar

80ml (1/3 cup) oil

100g (1/2 cup) yogurt

180g of flour (1 1/4 cup)

50ml (1/4 cup) lemon juice

16g of baking powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

7g bitter cocoa

5g of soluble coffee

1 tbsp of flour

METHOD

In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, add in yogurt, vanilla, oil and lemon juice. Sift in the flour with baking powder.
In two little bowls add two tablespoons of the prepared dough. Add cocoa to the first and the soluble coffee with flour to the second.
Grease the baking pan with melted butter and a little flour.
Make drawings on the baking pan by using the dark dough. Top it with white prepared dough.
Bake at 160°C (320°C) for 30 minutes.
