Fried donuts: perfect for the tea time!

 We'll give you fair warning in advance, it's hard to eat just one!

INGREDIENTS
580g / 4.6 cups flour (all-purpose)
3 eggs
15g baking powder
90ml/0.4 cup oil
120ml/0.5 cup milk
Lemon zest
1 tbsp vanilla
120g / 0.8cup Sugar
 
Oil
 
Sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough.
  2. Form donuts. Deep-fry.
  3. Roll the finished donuts in sugar.
