NGREDIENTS

200 ml warm milk
2 eggs
10 gr dried yeast
100 ml warm water
A pinch of salt
70 gr sugar
1 vanilla extract
60 gr butter
METHOD
- Pour hot water, yeast, and sugar into a large bowl. Mix the ingredients with a wire until the sugar and yeast are completely combined. You can also use fresh cottage cheese, in this case, 25 g. Once the ingredients are combined, leave them for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk and vanilla extract, then add them to the previously prepared mixture and mix together. Continue stirring, gradually adding flour. Add the soft butter in half of the extra flour and continue to mix the dough and dispense the flour to the desired strength. Then sprinkle the work surface with flour, shake the dough out and transfer it until it is soft.
- Leave the dough for about two hours or until it is three times larger. Cover the dough with transparencies.
- When the dough comes in, wipe the worktop, roll out the dough to 1 or 2 cm thick and cut the cubes with the mold.
- Prepare a pan that you fill with oil. Heat oil and start baking donuts.
- The donuts will quickly reach the fine pad and will be baked in a few minutes. It should turn yellow to copper in color.
- Remove the donuts to steamed towels. Serve the donuts and cover them with powdered sugar.
