Sweet fried squares: perfect for a delicious snack!

Ready with just 5 ingredients!

INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
10g (2 tsp) Dry yeast
250g (2 cups) Flour
4g (1 tsp) Salt 
Sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl add egg, salt and mix. Add dry yeast. Mix and add flour.
  2. Knead the dough well and leave it covered for 30 minutes.
  3. Spread the dough and cut the squares.
  4. Put them in a pan with oil and fry them.
  5. Cover the squares with sugar and serve.
