Magic chocolate squares: the perfect idea for a sweet and tasty snack!

This is the perfect cake to start your day!

INGREDIENTS:
 • 4 eggs
 • 0.5 cup sugar
 • 2oz oil
 • 1.1 cups flour 
 • 30g cocoa
 • 10g baking powder
 • 1 tsp  vanilla sugar
 
 • 200g cottage cheese
 • 1 egg
 • 1/4 cup sugar
 • 20g starch
 
METHOD:
  1.  Beat eggs with sugar.  Add oil.  Beat.  Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar.  Pour dry ingredients into eggs.  Beat with a mixer.
  2. Beat cottage cheese, sugar, starch and egg with a blender.  Put in a pastry bag.
  3. Pour the dough into a mold with parchment paper.  Draw squares with curd mass.
  4. Bake at 180 ° C / 350 ° F for 25 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
