Creamy chocolate cake: the sweet and original idea!

How to make a tasty dessert using the milk carton!

INGREDIENTS

3 eggs

200g (1 cup) sugar

a pinch of salt

150g (1 cup) flour

15g (2 tbsp) cocoa

10g (2 tsp) baking powder

100g (½ cup) melted butter

150g (3/5 cup) sour cream

Custard

Whipped cream

Melted chocolate

METHOD

Pour eggs, sugar and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk.
Add melted butter, cocoa flour and baking powder and mix.
Pour the mixture into a baking tray. Bake at 360F / 180C for 30 minutes.
Mix cream and whipped cream.
Cut into slices and arrange in a milk package.
Coat with melted chocolate and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs. Cool and serve.
