Chocolate magic cake: sweet and good, ready without yeast!

One simple thin batter, bake it and you end up with a 3 layer chocolate magic cake.
INGREDIENTS

4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
113g (1/2 cup) melted butter
130g (2/3 cup) sugar
10ml (2 tsp) vanilla extract
90g (3/4 cup) flour
40g (1/3 cup) cocoa powder
500ml (2 cups) milk
30g (3 tbsp) sugar
A pinch of salt

METHOD
- In a bowl add egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Mix it and add flour and cocoa powder. Mix and pour some milk. Add melted butter and mix. Pour the rest of the milk and mix.
- In another bowl whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar. Put the egg whites in another mixture.
- Pour it in a pan and bake at 160C for 40 minutes.
- Cut into squares and put some whipped cream and strawberries on top. Serve.
