Ricotta magic cake: here’s a trick you have to try!

A simple white cake with magical filling! This dreamy dessert is a lightly sweet sponge cake with a creamy custard filling.
INGREDIENTS

750g ricotta
4 eggs
175g icing sugar
85g chocolate chips
1 orange zest
METHOD
- Put the ricotta in a bowl (well dried), add the eggs and sugar and work with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add orange zest and chocolate chips, mix everything well and transfer onto a 22 cm baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180C/350F 1 hour 30 minutes.
