Ricotta balls with tomato sauce: you must try this vegetarian recipe!

Creamy and flavorful, this recipe is a must-try!

INGREDIENTS
350g (1 ½ cup) ricotta
60g (½ cup) pecorino
60g (½ cup) parmesan
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
1 clove of garlic
250g (1 cup) bread cubes
2 eggs
750ml (3 cups) tomato sauce
Parsley
Fresh basil
 
METHOD
  1. Blend the bread cubes.
  2. Beat two eggs. Add bread, ricotta, parmesan, pecorino cheese, garlic, scrambled eggs, parsley, pepper and salt to the mixing bowl.
  3. Make a compact mass and make balls out of it.
  4. Cook the balls in the tomato sauce. Serve with fresh basil.
