Pizza baguette: this recipe is a must-try!

They are perfect for a delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
7g (2 tsp) dry yeast
8g (1 tbsp) sugar
250ml (1 cup) warm water
375g (3 cups) flour for all purposes
6g (1 tsp) salt
20ml (0.1 cup) olive oil
200ml (6.7oz) Tomato pizza sauce
250g (2.5 cups) mozzarella cheese + salt + pepper + dry herbs
 
METHOD
  1. Combine warm water, sugar, yeast and one tbsp flour and set aside 15 minutes, then add the olive oil and flour to which you have previously added salt.
  2. Knead the dough and leave for 2 hours in a warm place.
  3. Mix tomato sauce with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough and divide into 5 parts, coat each part with tomato sauce, put the cheese and squeeze the dough around the cheese.
  4. Cover the dough with cling film and a kitchen cloth and leave for 30 minutes. Then coat the dough again with tomato sauce and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  5. Bake at 230 degrees for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven.
