Turkish pizza: an easy recipe to try!

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
Salt
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
150ml (0.6 cup) water
30ml (0.14 cup) oil
4 cups flour (all purpose)
 
Tomato sauce
Cheese
Olives
Egg
Sesame
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Roll out the cakes. Put cheese on the edges of the crust and cover. Then add sauce, cheese, olives and form a pizza. Grease the edges of the pizza with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
