Turkish focaccia: an incredible recipe to try right now!

This recipe is just amazing! 

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup (300g) of warm milk
4 cups (500g) of flour / all-purpose
1/2 cup (120ml) of warm water
1/4 cup (60g) of olive oil
2 tbsp of fresh yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Egg yolk with 1 tbsp milk to brush
Black seed and sesame
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix milk, oil, water, sugar and yeast. Add in flour and mix well, add a little oil and let it rest for 40 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and roll it out, sprinkle with oil and then anoint with egg yolk.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Bake at 200 'C (390 'F) until golden brown.
