Dominican fried pizza: easy and super delicious to try

INGREDIENTS
260g (2 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
2 1/2 tbsp of butter (melted)
120ml (1/2 cup) of lukewarm water
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix. Add the butter and water and continue with mixing. When the dough starts to form knead it with hands to obtain smooth dough. Cover with cling film and set aside for 1 hour.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and roll it out. Form the discs with the mold.
3. Roll each disc with the rolling pin and thin it out with the hands.
4. Transfer to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve them all together on a serving plate and enjoy.
