Ingredients:500 g pizza dough
2 tbsp marinara sauce
100 g fried bacon
100 g mozzarella, cut into cubes
fresh basil leaves
chilli flakes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
1 tsp fresh parsley
PREPARATION
1. Cut dough in quaters. Press each quater into a circle with your thumb.
2. Place a small dollop of marinara sauce, fried bacon, mozzarella, fresh basil and chilli flakes on each dough round.
3. Bring the edges up and over, pressing them together and make a hole with wooden stick for ventilation. Lay the pizza bombs on a baking sheet lined with greased parchment paper.
4. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, parsley and salt in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture onto each pizza bomb.
5. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
6. Once pizza bombs are baked brush them again with olive oil marinade.
Enjoy!
