Stuffed eggplants with tomato sauce: you can't miss this!

The best way ever to cook eggplants!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
2 liters (8 cups) water;
1 tbsp salt;
2 medium eggplants;
250 g (½ pound) minced beef;
1 small onion, shredded;
Garlic, minced;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp chili powder;
1 tsp dry thyme;
1 tbsp flour;
30 ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil;
360 ml (1 ½ cup) tomato sauce;
2 garlic cloves, crushed;
1 basil spring.

METHOD
- Slice eggplants as shown on the video.
- Whisk water with 1 tbsp of salt and place eggplants into salted water for 10 minutes. Dry out with paper towels.
- Mix beef with onion, garlic, salt, chili powder, thyme, flour and oil.
- Fill the cuts with meat and fry in vegetable oil until slightly golden.
- Cook tomato sauce with basil and garlic for 10 minutes.
- Transfer onto a pan with tomato sauce, brush in on top and cook covered on the lowest heat for 30 minutes.
