Stuffed eggplants: they will ready in few minutes!

A perfect recipe for a tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
5 eggplants
500 g ground beef
400g tomato sauce
120 g tomato pasta
Garlic
1 onion
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried mint
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
mozzarella
5 tomato slices
METHOD
- Press all eggplants with a rolling pin. In the pan fry onion with garlic, add ground beef, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spices.
- Transfer the eggplants to the baking pan, make incisions and fill them with cooked ground beef. Top with shredded cheese and tomato slices.
- Bake at 200’C (400’F) for 1 hour.
