Fried eggplant cubes: the delicious side dish to make in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggplants
Flour
2 eggs
Pepper
Salt
Oil for frying

METHOD
  1. Cut the eggplants into small cubes and cover them with flour. Then transfer them to the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. And finally, pass them to the breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry in deep oil until they are golden brown and crunchy.
