Chocolate and hazelnut cake: so sweet and so good!

How to make a delicious cake that kids will love!
INGREDIENTS

Biscuit:
2 eggs
250 ml of milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
250ml (1.15 cup) oil
250g (2 cups) flour
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
For the cream:
400ml (1.6 cup) milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
15g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
20g (2 tbsp) flour
15g (1 tbsp) butter
1 egg yolk
10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
150g (1.5 cup) chocolate
METHOD
- Combine eggs and sugar, whisk until you get a fine whipped cream. Then add milk and oil. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Combine the ingredients and pour into a 24 cm tart mold that needs to be coated with butter and floured.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- To prepare the cream, combine milk, sugar, flour, cornstarch, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, stirring constantly during cooking. Then add butter and chocolate and mix until a fine cream is obtained. Allow the cream to cool completely.
- Cool the biscuit, then roll it out of the mold, fill it with cream. Decorate with whipped cream and hazelnuts.
