Chocolate and hazelnut cake: so sweet and so good!

How to make a delicious cake that kids will love!

INGREDIENTS
Biscuit:
2 eggs
250 ml of milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
250ml (1.15 cup) oil
250g (2 cups) flour
10g (2 tsp) baking powder
10g (2 tsp) vanilla sugar
 
For the cream:
400ml (1.6 cup) milk
200g (1 cup) sugar
15g (2 tbsp) cornstarch
20g (2 tbsp) flour
15g (1 tbsp) butter
1 egg yolk
10g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar
150g (1.5 cup) chocolate
 
METHOD
  1. Combine eggs and sugar, whisk until you get a fine whipped cream. Then add milk and oil. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Combine the ingredients and pour into a 24 cm tart mold that needs to be coated with butter and floured.
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
  3. To prepare the cream, combine milk, sugar, flour, cornstarch, egg yolk, vanilla sugar, stirring constantly during cooking. Then add butter and chocolate and mix until a fine cream is obtained. Allow the cream to cool completely.
  4. Cool the biscuit, then roll it out of the mold, fill it with cream. Decorate with whipped cream and hazelnuts.
