CHOCOLATE BROWNIES with a soft heart: so good and irresistible! π€©

INGREDIENTS (for a 24x24cm cake mold)
230g (1 cup) of butter
230g (1 1/2 cups) of dark chocolate
4 eggs
230g (1 1/4 cups) of sugar
150g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
25g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
6g (1/4 tbsp) of baking powder
a pinch of salt
METHOD
1. Add the butter and chocolate into the bowl and melt it in a bain-marie.
2. Add the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the chocolate/butter mixture and incorporate with a spatula. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Add the salt pinch and mix well to obtain a mixture with no lumps.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (24x24cm - mold size) covered with parchment paper and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 30 minutes.
4. Cut into the squares after baking and serve on a serving dish.
