Cold chocolate cake: so easy and came out great!

A very easy and tasty cake that still tastes better than ANY store-bought cake!

INGREDIENTS
260g / 2.1 cups flour (all purpose)
300g / 1.5 cups of sugar
30g / 0.2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp soda
1 tbsp baking powder
3 eggs
250g / 1 cup yogurt
200ml / 0.82 cup warm coffee
140g / peanut butter
200g hazelnut cream for toppings
 
500g mascarpone
120g / 1 cup icing sugar
200ml / 0.85 cup cream
 
100g dark chocolate
100ml / 0.42 cup cream
 
METHOD
  1. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa into a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs with sugar. Add butter, whisk. Add yogurt, beat. Gradually add a mix of dry ingredients. Add coffee and mix.
  3. Pour the dough into a parchment mold. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  4. Stir the mascarpone with sugar and add whipped cream.
  5. Cut the prepared cake into two parts.
  6. Fill first with milk cream, then hazelnut cream and, finally, with another layer of milk cream. Mix cream with dark chocolate. Brew ganache. Pour on the top. Cool for 1 hour.
  7. Cut the cake into squares and decorate it with a Kinder Penguin.
