Chocolate sponge cake: so easy to make and just perfect for sharing!

An easy chocolate cake recipe for you to bake for family or friends!

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs

Melted butter – 60g (¼ cup)

Dark chocolate – 80g (½ cup)

Milk – 50ml (1/5 cup)

Plain flour – 90g (4/5 cup)

Cocoa – 5g (1 Tbsp)

Salt – 1.5g (¼ tsp)

Sugar – 100g (½ cup)

METHOD

Divide 5 egg yolks and egg whites.
Leave 1 whole egg. In a bowl put the melted butter, dark chocolate, milk and melt it all together. Pour it to large bowl and add flour and cocoa. Mix it and then add 5 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. In other bowl mix egg whites with salt and sugar. Combine two mixtures and put it in baking pan.
Under the pan put the larger pan and pour water in it. Bake at 150C for 90 minutes. Serve.
