Chocolate sponge cake: so easy to make and just perfect for sharing!

An easy chocolate cake recipe for you to bake for family or friends!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
6 eggs
Melted butter – 60g (¼ cup)
Dark chocolate – 80g (½ cup)
Milk – 50ml (1/5 cup)
Plain flour – 90g (4/5 cup)
Cocoa – 5g (1 Tbsp)
Salt – 1.5g (¼ tsp)
Sugar – 100g (½ cup)
METHOD
- Divide 5 egg yolks and egg whites.
- Leave 1 whole egg. In a bowl put the melted butter, dark chocolate, milk and melt it all together. Pour it to large bowl and add flour and cocoa. Mix it and then add 5 egg yolks and 1 whole egg. In other bowl mix egg whites with salt and sugar. Combine two mixtures and put it in baking pan.
- Under the pan put the larger pan and pour water in it. Bake at 150C for 90 minutes. Serve.
