Chocolate sponge cake snacks: how to make them at home!

INGREDIENTS

Cake:
6 Eggs
A pinch of salt
120g (2/3 cup) Sugar
50g (1/3 cup) Cake flour
40g (3 tbsp) Corn starch
40g (4 tbsp) Cocoa
16g Baking powder
60ml (1/3 cup) Oil
Cream:
600ml (2 1/3 cups) Whipped cream
50g (2 1/2 tbsp) Honey
60g (1/3 cup) Condensed milk
Gelatin
Ganache:
200g (1 1/3 cup) Dark chocolate
150ml (1 1/3 cup) Whipped cream
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
Glaze:
150g (1 cup) Dark chocolate
150ml (1 1/3 cup) Whipped cream
30g (2 tbsp) Butter
METHOD
- For the cake: In a bowl put the flour, corn starch, cocoa, baking powder and mix them. In another bowl put six eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt. Whisk it. Add oil, vanilla and mix it. Stir the mixed dry ingredients into it. Mix all well and put it into a pan. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Let it cool and cut into half.
- For the cream: In a bowl pour the whipped cream and whisk it. Add condensed milk, honey, and mix it. Add melted gelatin into the mixture and mix it.
- On the first half of the cake put half of the cream and leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes, while preparing the ganache.
- For the ganache: In a bowl with dark chocolate add hot whipped cream and melted butter. Mix it well and put on a cake.
- Let it cool and add half of the cream and the other half of the cake.
- For the glaze: In a bowl with chocolate add hot whipped cream and melted butter. Mix it and pour it on top of the cake.
- Put the cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Cut and serve.
