No-bake cream cake: full of chocolate, easy and quick to make!

It’s so creamy and tasty and will keep well for 4–5 days.
INGREDIENTS

400ml (1 3/4 cup) of cream
200ml (1 cup) of condensed milk
200g of cream cheese
18g of gelatin powder
4 tbsp water
100ml (1/2 cup) of cream
100g of dark chocolate
50g of milk chocolate
120ml (3/4 cup) of cream
Biscuits with a chocolate half
METHOD
- Line a round baking tray with biscuits. For the cream, mix the gelatin powder with water to obtain a mush and heat it together with 300 ml of cream and condensed milk in a pan until the gelatin has dissolved. Let it cool for 1 hour.
- In another bowl whisk the remaining 100 ml of cream with cream cheese until it frothes and then add everything to the previously prepared cold cream. Then arrange the cream obtained on top of the biscuits. Mix chocolate with hot cream and top the cake with it.
- Cool everything for 30 minutes.
