Homemade Croccantelle: they’re the perfect snack!

Crunchy, tasty and easy to make. These homemade snacks are better tasting and healthier!
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
100ml white wine
80 ml olive oil
380g flour
salt
pepper
paprika
rosemary

DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the wine and oil together. Add the flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Roll out the dough and cut it into small squares.
3. Bake the Croccantelle at 180°C for 20 minutes.
4. Let them cool and serve them with a cool drink.
