Homemade crackers: for a simple and light snack!

A great addition to any party: all you need is a few simple ingredients and a little time. These crackers come out thin, crisp, and delicate. 
 
INGREDIENTS
250g (1 2/3 cups) flour
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
3g (3/4 tsp) sugar
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
20g (2 tbsp) parmesan
4g (1 tsp) salt

METHOD
  1. In a small bowl mix the yeast with warm water and sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl put the flour, salt, and parmesan. Mix and add yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
  4. Spread the dough and cut it into squares. Place in a pan and brush with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 400°F/200°C for 15 minutes. Serve.
