Homemade crackers: for a simple and light snack!

A great addition to any party: all you need is a few simple ingredients and a little time. These crackers come out thin, crisp, and delicate.
INGREDIENTS
250g (1 2/3 cups) flour
125ml (1/2 cup) warm water
7g (1 1/2 tsp) dry yeast
3g (3/4 tsp) sugar
30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
20g (2 tbsp) parmesan
4g (1 tsp) salt
METHOD

METHOD
- In a small bowl mix the yeast with warm water and sugar. Leave it for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl put the flour, salt, and parmesan. Mix and add yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.
- Spread the dough and cut it into squares. Place in a pan and brush with olive oil.
- Bake at 400°F/200°C for 15 minutes. Serve.
