Rosemary crispy squares: a delicious snack to try!
A tasty snack for a unique appetizer at home!
INGREDIENTS
150g (1 cup) flour
75ml (1/3 cup) water
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) baking powder
Rosemary
20ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
METHOD
- Sift the flour into a bowl. Add baking powder, salt, olive oil, and water. Knead the dough. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into squares. Coat with olive oil.
- Bake at 460°F/230°C for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with oil and add rosemary. Serve.
