Feta and spinach pastry squares: fragrant and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
70g of fresh spinach
Parsley
2 cloves of garlic
200g (1 cup) of cream cheese
200g of feta cheese
Salt
Pepper
70g of almonds
 2 rolls of puff pastry
1 egg for brushing

METHOD
1. In a food processor add the spinach, parsley, garlic, cream cheese, feta cheese, salt, pepper, and almonds and mix to obtain the creamy mixture.
2. Unroll the puff pastry on the cutting board and cut it into squares. Add one teaspoon on each square and close on all sides.
3. Transfer the squares to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg.
4. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
